What a fuckn night we had Saturday at the Episode 4 CD release party at Heartbreakers! All the groups that performed--Freakz R Us, Kold Kase, C.Y.P.H.E.R., Filthee Benjaminz and Metropolitix all killed it on stage, as well as our special guests on our set, Liquor Store Bandits, Antonio The Great, Fiend, Freakz R Us, Top Flight, Sexion 8, and of course the laides of the JC Crew, Miss D & Mzztifye!! This show was, to say the least, insane! We played to a nearly sold out crowd and the vibe there was just off the chain!! Shout out to Archfront Media for helping us put on this show!! So as we enter the last couple of months of the year, we are working hard in the studio to wrap up the final tracks and features of our next mix tape installment, EPISODE IV: UNDERGROUND AMAGEDDON. This CD will deliver you a look into A-Town Mob's past, present and future of the Mob. We're taking a different approach to this mixtape, and we hope you are ready for the rumbling sounds of the underground we are about to unleash upon your ears.

What will be on EPISODE IV: UNDERGROUND AMAGEDDON you ask? Well of course we will have a new adventure from the DEAD PREZIDENTS as well as a few brand new originals from A-Town Mob, but what we're excited about is the other songs on the CD. In addition to original songs, we have also created "cover" versions of some of our favorite songs from when we were growing up. Songs from bands like 311, Pink Floyd, A Perfect Circle, Lamb of God, The Doors, Deftones, and many more...and these won't be your traditional cover songs. A-Town Mob and the whole JC crew have put their own spin on these songs to creat a whole new animal. Not only that, but we have some special guests on the CD. EPISODE IV: UNDERGROUND AMAGEDDON will feature the likes of Freakz R Us, Antonio the Great, Sexion 8, and more! As soon as we have all the songs together we will be releasing an official track list for you to see just what we have in store.

When can I get my hands on this CD you ask? Well that is still up in the air, but we are shooting for an early 2012 release. As long as everything goes to plan, we should be looking at a January 2012 release, which we will have more details about very soon. Until then, look for a song or two to be released from EPISODE IV: UNDERGROUND AMAGEDDON in the next couple weeks so you can hear just what we have in store for you!!
